I am so happy that I had to take my dog just to have her Routine stool sample. This was so easy and so un stressful.

The test tube was easy to slip into my pocket while I took Stella on a walk so I was ready to collect a sample as soon as she did her business. It's a great touch that the kit came with gloves, too! Once I got an emaIl that the sample arrived at the lab, my results can quickly after.

This was so useful! I tested all my pets and one of them had Hookworms!! If I hadn't done this test I wouldn't know!

I recently ordered the skin & itch care kit for my dog. At times, my dog seems quite itchy and scratches quite a bit. I tested her at her last vet appointment, but the results were inconclusive. I ordered the kit from MySimplePetLab to get another point of view without a large bill from the vet. The process was easy! I ordered the kit online and received it in a matter of days. I received emails informing me the kit shipped and when to expect it. Once I had the kit, It was easy to follow the instructions to swab my dog and return the swabs to MySimplePetLab. Once again, I was impressed with the ongoing communication; updates came when the swabs were received and again when the results were ready. I was excited to jump on the dashboard to find the results! The results confirmed that Coco has some minor irritations. I wanted more information on what to do next and used the website's chat feature. The response was quick, and I was happy to have all my questions answered. I can relieve Coco by using the products in the care kit. Additionally, I can share the results with my vet. Coco is due for a vet visit in July, and we will discuss the findings of this testing.

This test arrived quickly and the instructions were clear and simple! Everything you need is included- even gloves for sample collection. The whole process took about 2 mins from opening the package to collection to sealing it up to mail out. This test really lives up to it's name. We will be sharing with friends for sure.

Loved this test! It took me longer to write this review than it did to package up my sweet pup's poo and drop it in the mailbox. Don't let her cool looks deceive you. This pup will eat anything she can find while out for a stroll in the yard. This time was most untimely (really, it's never a good time) as my work schedule was jammed. So, I ordered the test, received it the next day, and sent it off. 2 days later I received her test back. Thankfully, all was good but I really liked having the peace of mind that whatever she was snacking on and would not drop from her mouth did not come with any parasites. Would definitely use this test again if needed!
